Gerber Genuine A568023NNP Brushed Nickel Spray Head

This spray head comes complete with the filter. This brushed nickel spray head is a genuine Gerber replacement part for the kitchen faucet model D454428. The A568023NNP comes with the selector switch to change between the two different spray modes. The outer diameter of the threads is approximately 5/8 of an inch. The total length of the spray head is roughly 3 1/2 inches.
